Rick came to our home to assess a mold issue in our attic, and provided a very extensive explanation of the nature of our problem and the actions required to correct. He provided a detailed offer by email later that evening, and said he would be monitoring the weather (currently February) for conditions which would allow his crew to work safely and the materials to work correctly. He contacted us about 5 days in advance of what was being forecast for suitable weather, and he and his crew showed up promptly that morning. They were very careful to avoid any mess or damage to our home as they went about their work. When they concluded, the scope of work was completed to our full satisfaction at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Rick's company, Dutch's Mold Inspection & Remediation Services, to anyone in need of such services. Highest marks!!
